  • AP Human Geography*
  • AP World History
  • AP US History
  • AP Comparative Government and Politics / AP Macroeconomics*
  • Cultural Literacy*
  • International Relations*
  • Ethics*
  • International Business*​​

  • Must qualify and earn the Seal of Biliteracy
  • Most CDM students qualify.
  • Attend 4 Speakers a Year
  • Organize a Speaker as a Class during Sophomore, Junior, and Senior year
  • International School Partnership
  • Independent Study so the course does not meet during the school day as a class.
  • Students will be partnered with a student from a school abroad in their 9th, 10th and 11th grade years.
  • With their foreign counterpart, they will complete 4-8 assignments a year for credit.
  • This will culminate in the tangible for their Senior Project.
Three additional elective units earned in one of the following ways:
  • Approved College Course
  • Global Perspectives for International Travelers (UCSD course tied to one of the AGS international travel trips)
  • Approved Internship
Must be an active member in one of the following academic teams:
  • Academic Decathlon
  • Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)
  • Mock Trial
  • Model United Nations (MUN)
  • Speech and Debate
