APPLICATION

The 2026-2027 Application is now available. Applications are available for download at the bottom of this page, along with instructions for submission. ​Applications are due Friday, May 1.

There will be an informational meeting for all students and parents on Wednesday, April 22 at 6:00 pm in the CdM Lecture Hall
The following is required to be considered for admission to the Academy of Global Studies:
  • You are going to be a 9th grader next year (or, if there is room, we will consider a 10th grader who has already arranged to go back and take the required AGS 9th-grade class before graduation). AGS required courses taken outside of AGS do not fulfill the AGS requirements.
  • A completed AGS application is uploaded below.
  • 2 letters of recommendation or 2 Recommendation Forms. 
    • At least one of the letters of recommendation must be written by an academic teacher in the current school year.
    • The second letter may be submitted by an additional academic teacher or school counselor.  
    • Letters should be emailed DIRECTLY from the recommending teacher with "Applicant last Name LOR" as the subject line to: [email protected]. Example: Smith LOR.  
    • Instead of a Letter(s) of Recommendation, you can have your recommenders complete and submit a recommendation form.  You will need either two letters of recommendation or two recommendation forms submitted on your behalf.
