COURSES

• ​AP Human Geography w/ APWE Certificate*
• AP World History
• AP Capstone* (AP Research & AP Seminar)
• ​AP US History
• AP Comparative Government & Politics* / AP Macroeconomics

* Courses and options only open to AGS students.

BILITERACY SEAL

• Must qualify and earn the Seal of Biliteracy
• Most CDM students qualify

SPEAKER SERIES

• Attend 4 Speakers a Year
• Organize a speaker as a class during Sophomore, Junior, and Senior year

CULTURAL STUDIES

• International School Partnership
• Cultural Studies will be administered through AP Human Geography and AP Seminar.
• Students will be partnered with a student from a school abroad in their 9th and 10th grade years.
• With their foreign counterpart, they will complete 4-8 assignments a year for credit.
• This will culminate in the tangible for their Senior Project.​

Three additional elective units earned in one of the following ways: ​

• Global Perspectives for International Travelers (UCSD course tied to one of the AGS international travel trips)​
